This Contest tests the knowledge of youth in placement of carcass and retail cut classes, carcass grading, retail cut identification and a quiz. This contest occurs annually with the first place senior team going to Kansas City, MO and second place senior team traveling to Denver, Co. There is a Junior Division as well. All the details you need are available through the Wisconsin Youth Livestock Program
