Stay Strong Strength Training Program Begins October 2

The winter session of the Stay Strong  strength training program will begin on Monday, October 9 at the Crawford County Administration Building in Prairie du Chien.   Stay Strong is designed for women and men and is based on StrongWomen™ , an evidence-based strength training program developed at Tufts University.  The program has proven to be effective in improving bone density, reducing arthritis symptoms and  increasing flexibility, strength and energy level.   The free class is being offered locally by UW-Extension and the Aging and Disability Resource Center and will meet each Monday and Thursday, October 2 through December 14, 2017.  Class runs from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. For more details, call 608-326-0223.
